49 and Market | Vicki Boutin | Curiosities in Willow Grove | Part 3 | Giselle Homer
Hello Magpies,
Today I’m sharing my 3rd layout made with 49 & Market’s collection called ‘Curiosities in Willow Grove.’ Designed by Vicki Boutin, it’s a great collection for spring & summer layouts.
TAKE IN THE VIEW
My background paper is ‘Starters #6’ on which I blended two colours of ink to reflect both the pattern & my photos. The inks I used are Distress Oxide ‘Bundled Sage’ & ‘Dried Marigold’.
The photo measures 4.5″ x 3″ & I tucked it underneath a slit I made in the background paper. The title below that is from the Icons & Titles ephemera pack. The little banner is from in the same pack.
At the top right corner I added a cluster of elements from the Laser Cut foliage, a butterfly & a little phrase tag.
On the right of the photo I used some more Laser Cut elements & repeated that on the left of the photo as well. To finish I used some watered down Nuvo Drops splattered over the page.
