49 and Market | Nature’s Haven | Part Three | Giselle Homer

Hi everyone,

Here’s my 3rd layout for October using the Nature’s Haven collection from 49 & Market. I’m loving the variety of patterned papers in this collection, they combine florals, grids, checks & polka dots all in pastel shades that are easy to use.

And to begin this page I chose the reverse side of the Blossom Sprinkle paper.

HELLO HAPPY

 

I placed my photo, which is 3.5” square, behind one of the rustic style die-cut frames from the ephemera pack. It blends so nicely with the background trees in the photo! Then I glued it into place just off centre.

 

To the right of the photo, in the corner,  I added a fence & a little wheelbarrow die-cut. On top of these I placed a floral cluster – there are lots of these to choose from in the Wildflower pack. And a cute little bee!

 

At the top left corner of the photo I added some green checked pattern rub-ons, then chose another floral piece to put over it.

 

At the top right corner I glued a pendant border from the laser cut elements pack, placing a butterfly at each end to finish it off.

 

It’s not often that I use a flowery collection, having 3 grandsons, but I really enjoyed this collection so I hope you check it out!  Until next time, happy scrapping everyone.
