BESTIES!
I began by backing my photo, which measures 3.5” square, with some plain cardstock. I added some thin PET tape all around the edge to add a bit of definition, then glued the photo into place in the centre of the layout.
Next I added two floral die-cuts to the lower left corner, with part of a rub-on transfer image of a little fence behind it. Plus a tiny phrase sticker from Pretty Little Studio.
For the right side I chose a die-cut of a wooden wheelbarrow plus a bucket, to which I added some flowers. The remaining part of the rub-on transfer of the fence went behind these. I used some white Doodlebug alphabet puffy stickers to make the title & added my journalling below it..
At the top right corner I glued a lantern die-cut with a couple more flowers & another phrase sticker.
Using these detailed patterned papers as a base, you don’t need to add too much to make a lovely layout. Especially good if you don’t have much scrapping time or you want to travel light & take a ‘page kit’ to a crop!
