49 and Market | Birdsong Part 3 | Giselle Homer
Hello Magpies,
I have really enjoyed working with Birdsong from 49 & Market, it’s a packed collection with lots of elements to choose from. And the laser die cuts are really delicate & pretty.
JOYFUL
I began by cutting 4 large triangles of patterned paper. I distressed the edges & glued them into place on a white background, with 4 points meeting in the centre. Then, I added a row of wash tape dots to the edges.
I backed my photo with ephemera pieces from the collection, including a lacy paper border which runs along the left hand side. And added some laser die cuts to soften the edges. And glued it into place in the centre of the page.
On the right of the photo, I placed a phrase tag, more laser die-cut flowers, leaves & a cute chipboard bird, so sweet!
The title was also from the ephemera pack & I placed that below the photo on the right side, using a decorated frame behind it.
