49 and Market | Academia Part 3 | Giselle Homer
Hi everyone
This is my third layout created with Academia from 49 & Market.
As before I used one of the beautifully designed papers as my base, choosing one with a neutral space for my photo.
READING AMBASSADOR
Using a large die cut as backing I glued my photo in place just right of centre.
Then I began choosing some of the die cut elements & some rub-on transfers to the page, concentrating most of them on the left of the photo to build an overall picture. There’s no end of the ephemera in this collection, all beautifully designed to help make a layout come together quite easily!
I printed 2 photos of the badges my grandson had earned as extra ephemera, to emphasise the layout theme & placed them along the lower edge of the ephemera. I also used his own words as my journalling, which I hope will amuse him when he’s much older!
Finally, I added a phrase below the photo to finish the layout.
For everyone who has school aged children & students in further education, this is most definitely the collection for you!
