49 and Market | Academia Part 2 | Giselle Homer
Hi everyone,
Today I’m sharing my second layout using Academia from 49 & Market. It’s perfect to show photos of my grandson dressed as Harry Potter for World Book Day!

I began by choosing a patterned paper from the collection as the background. These papers have such detailed illustrations that it makes them easy to create layouts with them & I then placed my photos in the centre of the page.
I added a variety of laser die cuts & rub-on transfers on the right, linking them to the paper pattern. The little owl was irresistible!
I added lots more ephemera on the left, including more rub-ons some of which I cut down to fit between the die cuts & the background. The row of books was perfect for the subject!
I continued adding ephemera until I was happy with the placements & added a title below the photos.
This layout came together more quickly than most as there’s so much to choose from in this collection!
