Just got to Go Now Go

Hi there x Sheena here again.
This month I struggled to choose just one collection to create with from all the lovely ranges in the shop right now. Finally I settled on Go Now Go, the new range from  American Crafts designed by Shimelle. On first glance it seems like a travel/ holiday range and its true some of the papers and embellishments are travel related but I believe it has lots of varied uses with its navy, copper, red and green colour combo.
Road Trip.

For my first page I focused on the Arrival patterned paper. I really love how it looks & didn’t want to cover much of it so I clustered my photo & embellishments down in one corner.

I added torn layers to lift the photo off the busy background and my journalling is hidden on a luggage tag from the Go Now Go range.

Did you spot my title? I used the Go Now Go Departure black chipboard letter tiles over a couple of words on the background paper so it blended in & stood out if that makes sense.
Foe my second page I moved away from the travel theme.
Autumn Wander.

For this page I cut a leaf wreath cut file twice from kraft cardstock. I added the first one to my background after I’d added a few spots of mist, but the second one I backed the leaves using papers from the Go Now Go and Starshine ranges in autumnal colours.

I layered the filled wreath over the first using foam pads for dimension before adding my photo to the centre. I used 2 sets of alphas for my title, the small stickers are from the Go Now Go sticker book and the copper foam Thickers bring your focus back to the photo.
